Charted as a General Local in 1936, Teamsters Local 315 currently represents over 3000 active members in Contra Costa County and surrounding cities and communities of the Bay Area. Local 315 has collective bargaining agreements with over 100 companies. Our members are employed in a variety of industries, such as package handling (UPS), solid waste and recycling, freight, warehouse, transportation, local government, business administration, and more.
     We are very proud of our history and thankful to the retirees  who helped build this local union. We will continue to organize, stay politically active, and fight for economic and social justice.
