You must file the grievance in accordance with the procedures outlined in
the collective bargaining agreement between the union and your employer.
Please refer to your contract or contact the local union to obtain a copy of
your contract. You must recognize the time limits and file the form
properly, as prescribed in your contract. Contact your shop steward or
