UNION DUES |
|
| |
Union dues must be paid in the month in which they become due. If you
self-pay dues to Local 315, mail your payment to arrive
before the last business day of the month. Otherwise, dues that are received
the following month, are considered late. We recommend that you pay your
union dues in advance to prevent the possibility of delays in mail delivery,
and to manage situations that may affect your ability to pay on time. To

For proper delivery, mail your dues to: P.O. Box 3010, Alhambra Ave,
Martinez, CA 94553

DUES CHECK-OFF |
If your company offers automatic deduction of dues from your
paycheck, we recommend that you use this convenient service. However,
be advised that you are responsible for covering any missed deductions
(which could result from advanced vacation checks, disability, unpaid
leaves, layoff, or termination). Also, it may be necessary for you to pay
dues in advance prior to starting or re-starting dues check-off. |
|
| |
LATE CHARGES |
You will be charged a
$5 late fee whenever your
dues are paid a month late. If your dues are paid two months late, you
will be charged a $10 late fee.
If dues are three months late, your membership
will be suspended. |

MEMBERSHIP STANDING |
Conditions of employment require that you remain a
member in good standing. Do not
jeopardize your good member standing by going suspended. |

prior to nomination for Officers and Business Agents. Interim
